Privacy Policy

Dash to Done ("we") is a brand of BALANCE YOUR-SELF, a licensed business in Israel, and the controller of the information described here. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. This policy explains what we collect, what we use it for and who receives it.
1. What we collect
- When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email and message, so we can reply to you. The basis is the steps you asked for before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering.
- When you approve a quote on a private quote link, we collect the package you chose, your name, ID or business number, contact and invoice details, your signature and the time of approval. We use them to confirm the engagement and issue invoices, based on our contract with you and tax law.
- When you open a private quote link, we record which quote was opened, when, and the browser and device type, so we know the quote was seen and can follow up. This is based on our legitimate interest, and you can object at any time.
- Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation.
Giving us these details isn't a legal duty, but without them we can't reply or confirm a quote.
2. Sharing with third parties
We don't sell your information or share it for marketing. We use service providers, and they receive only what they need:
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Form delivery and email providers.
We may also share information when the law requires it, for example with tax authorities or our accountant.
3. Storage outside Israel
Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Israel and the EU, including in the United States. We only work with providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
4. How long we keep it
- Contact messages that didn't lead to a project: 12 months, then deleted.
- Approved quotes, with their approval, signature and invoice details: 7 years, as tax and bookkeeping rules require.
- Quote-opened notices: 12 months.
5. Security
We protect your information with reasonable measures, including encryption in transit and limited access.
6. Cookies
We don't use cookies or tracking pixels.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, except what the law requires us to keep. You can also ask to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Email dashtodone@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Israel's Privacy Protection Authority or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version and its date are always on this page.
